Referral Process and Appointments

See your GP first to see if you are eligible for a GP Mental Health Care Plan in order to claim the Medicare rebate for Clinical Psychology Services. Alternatively, if you are seeing a Psychiatrist, they can make a direct referral to Carolyn at the practice that is most convenient for you.

Your GP or Psychiatrist may make the referral to Carolyn in writing and send by post, email or fax. You can then ring the relevant practice to make an appointment with Carolyn.

You also have the option of making an appointment to see Carolyn without a referral, however this will incur a full fee payment.
